Purpose:
Prepare and validate PnL and position reporting to Management and Front units for specific markets in the area and get data crunched if there are issues with numbers.  Main dimensions: PnL Reporting; Position Reporting; Management Reporting Complex deal capturing; Collaboration with internal units (Back-Office, Controlling, IT, Risk management, etc.) 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Consulting and supporting front units in deal capturing, especially for complex deal entries
  • Service provider for portfolio owners, creating reports with validation of PnL and positions
  • Daily check of IMAs (internal market assessment)
  • Monitoring portfolio structures and its processes behind
  • Coordination and support to other units, as well as a controlling function ensuring that directives are met by the Front
  • Execution of Murex or BusinessObject tests when new releases appear or assistance in regard to migrations of deals or adjustments of trading systems
  • Participation in internal and external projects and/or related project management

 

Your qualification:

  • Good knowledge of English (French is an advantage)
  • Experience in working within energy or finance sector
  • Project and process management experience
  • Desirable knowledge of the European electricity and gas market
  • Knowing and understanding the value chain in the energy sector
  • IT skills related to job content
