You will join to a young, dynamic and international environment, where your role will have responsibility of all the commercial management support, with special focus on the management between systems (CRM, ECP, Murex, Web Clients), contracts, and having control of the client and counterpart portfolio and commercial reporting in Power Bi of all the commercial activity of the Business with its main KPIs.
Your responsibilities:
- Commercial support in the preparation of data for offers and customer management.
- Drawing up contracts, addenda with clients and internal workflow circuits for signatures.
- Management of registrations, modifications, and cancellations in ATR management in the CRM system.
- Debt and invoicing control reporting.
- Control of closings in price fixings in the CRM system.
- Carrying out power optimization studies in electricity and Qd in gas.
- Monitoring of sales booking (monitoring of margin control, working capital, costs, O&M costs, etc.).
- Control and reporting of the S&O Management business.
- Management and maintenance of customer databases in Sales and Origination.
- Monthly reporting on sales team activity (hit rates, sales funnels).
- Global administrative and documentary management.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years performing similar functions.
- Experience in the management of credit risk insurance company policies.
- Knowledge of CRM Power dynamics and Power Bi.
- Expert level in Excel and BBDD.
- SAP knowledge and having knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System will be a strong plus.
- We are looking for a well-organised person, eager to learn, proactive, with strong analytical and communication skills, and customer and results oriented.
- High level in English (C1).
