Sales Support Assistant, Alpiq E-Mobility

Location: Zurich

 

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customer related issues.  This includes inbound sales and product enquiries, order processing and fulfilment, invoicing and payments, customer issues and other support and administrative matters.  You will work closely with the sales, project and finance teams and interact day to day with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

 

Your main responsibilities and objectives will be:

  • To provide telephone support and counseling to customers and partners
  • To provide information and guidance to customers regarding e-mobility products and services
  • To complete sales and to process sales orders via Alpiq’s sales, ordering and delivery systems
  • To ensure compliance with the defined policies and processes for customer support and administrative matters and to provide inputs to the improvement of the processes
  • To schedule and co-ordinate deliveries and installations with suppliers and sub-contractors
  • To support the sales and project teams as needed from an administrative perspective
  • To process invoices and to work to resolve any payment related issues

 

Your profile/background:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a customer facing role such as sales, customer support or an administrative function
  • Work experience from a relevant industry such as energy, technology, automotive or the e-mobility sector is preferred
  • An organized, team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience of working with business support systems and processes is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and French and competent in English; Italian will be an advantage
