To further expand our business in the Nordic countries, we are looking for a  Flexibility Originator (m/f/d).
From our offices in Finland, Norway and Germany we offer origination products and services for the Northwest European area. Our portfolio of services includes: PPAs, Long-Term Supply, flow deals, physi-cal balancing, and other structured origination products. Our mission is to provide best-in-class services to renewable energy producers, large industrial consumers, portfolio managers and retailers across the North-west European market.

Your tasks – our demand

• Develop the flexible product portfolio in cooporation with the collegues from Alpiq’s origination, legal, backoffice and compliance teams and other relevant internal stakeholders. Focus on physical flexible products and markets (DA, ID and Ancillary Services)
• Support the origination business through the addition of flexible products to supply and off-take deals
• Originate, negotiate and conclude bespoke energy transactions. Undertake end-to-end deal responsibility for flexibility related deal components. Key customer groups include but are not limited to utilities, industrials, asset owners, independent energy producers, energy distributors, brokers 
• Identify the flexibility opportunities in origination deals
• Develop and maintain key relationships. Expand panding the customer and partner network
• Assume  account responsibility and be the first point of contact of flexibility customers at Alpiq

Your profile – our gap

• Bachelor’s or Master`s degree
• 5+ years of experience in the Nordic energy market in a trading or origination position 
• Knowledge about energy trading and energy product structuring 
• Excellent communication skills
• Established network in Northwest Europe
• Cooperative approach and international mindset
• Ability to work independently in a structured and transparent manner while managing multiple pro-jects simultaneously
• Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish and English
