Alpiq in the Czech Republic, with its headquarters in Prague, is one of the largest cross-border energy traders in Central Eastern and South Eastern Europe. The Shared Service Centre team of Alpiq has more than 100 members and supports numerous Alpiq Group companies in CESEE reegion.
For our Procurement team we are looking for a colleague for the daily administration of orders and frequent communication with colleagues across the company including Headquarters in Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
- Daily administration of Purchase orders in SAP MM (office materials, IT materials, facilities, IT services…)
- Processing of incoming invoices in electronical workflow
- Responsible for correct maintained Purchase orders (in line with group regulation) received from respective departments (within the Alpiq companies)
- Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders (esp. in German language)
- Cooperation with colleagues from Strategic procurement in Switzerland and with other departments across the company
- Cooperation and supporting other departments in projects running within the Group
- Maintenance of supplier´s contacts
Your Qualification:
- High school education (preferable economy, procurement focus), or University degree (fresh graduate)
- Previous experience in Procurement is an advantage, but not a must (job position is suitable also for graduates)
- SAP MM Module experience is an advantage (purchase order management)
- German language – very good
- English language – very good
- „can do“/proactive approach
- MS office (esp. Excel, Word – basic knowledge)
- Friendly, open minded and willing to learn new things
- "Problem solver” profile is very welcome
- Flexible and communicative personality (daily communication in German and English language)
