IT Service Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to manage and enhance our service operations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Overall end-to-end support for the run of specific services within the IT infrastructure team ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to identify and resolve service issues and improve service processes.
- Develop and monitor service metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems.
- Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic service initiatives.
Your qualification:
- Experience in a Service Management role including provider management
- Proactively promote and engage in good collaboration with business and IT
- Knowledge and experience with infrastructure that is on multi-cloud environments
- Good communication skills working in an International environment.
- Personality: analytical, solution and team-oriented, forward-looking and organized
- Preferred: Certified in ITIL or expert-level education
- Preferred: University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Languages: Good English Skills
