YOU WILL DO…

  • Manage and represent the Back Office team in Prague (8-10 employees)
  • Ensure daily management of energy Deal to Invoice services (validation, confirmation, invoicing, netting) of retail and wholesale trading
  • Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of processes
  • Implement group-wide IT systems for Back Office
  • Ensure cooperation with internal departments and legal entities, as well as, external stakeholders
  • Occasionally travel to the Headquarter in Switzerland

 

DO YOU HAVE?

  • Fluency in 2 languages is required: (1) English, (2) Czech. Knowledge of other languages from CEE region is welcome.
  • University degree or higher education
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience in an international team
  • Familiarity with CEE (Energy) Markets
  • Knowledge of the Deal to Invoice process (accounting/controlling/settlement understanding)
  • IT System & Process optimization affinity
  • Project management knowledge a plus
  • Interest in RPA and digitization
  • Charisma, teambuilding & excellent communication skills
