Working Student / Junior Support Origination Switzerland (all) 50-100%
This junior position offers the opportunity to support the Origination Switzerland team in data analysis, digital tools, and the monitoring of products and markets. The role provides exciting insights into the Swiss energy market and combines analytical tasks with commercial business topics.
A current degree is an advantage but not mandatory, what matters most is motivation, willingness to learn, and a strong interest in new topics.
Your main responsibilities
- Support the development and further enhancement of Salesforce as a central tool
- Structure and maintain product and client data
- Analyze market trends and competitors
- Monitor the performance of products and contracts and define relevant KPIs
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g. Excel / Power BI)
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of energy solutions
- Support the automation of reporting processes
Your profile
- Ongoing studies, completed vocational training, initial practical experience, or a strong interest in data, digital tools and the energy market
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a strong curiosity to understand complex topics
- First exposure to Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, reporting, or project work is a plus, but not required
- Interest in energy markets, energy transition, and digital solutions
- Independent and reliable working style, with high motivation and willingness to learn
- Very good English skills; German or French are a plus
