Senior Transformation Project Management Officer

The IT Portfolio & Project Management Team at Alpiq is looking for a Senior IT Transformation Program PMO to drive major transformation programs and projects. The role involves ensuring strategic planning, governance, and quality execution while collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, including C-level executives.

Your main responsability

  • Program Management: Driving transformation programs forward with the Program Lead and Steering Committee.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Managing expectations and facilitating communication across demanding business, IT, and external stakeholder groups.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establishing governance frameworks in alignment with IT standards and monitoring milestones.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Developing performance metrics, KPIs, and preparing reports for executives and the CEO.
  • IT Portfolio Committee Facilitation: Creating and managing agendas, minutes, and aligning with stakeholders.


Your Profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in project/ program management with resilience in dynamic environments with focus on company transformation.
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of classical, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage various organizational levels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in energy and/or trading is a plus.
  • Languages: English is required; German and/or French are beneficial.
