Safety & Security Operator (m/w/d) 40% - 100%

Security is not just a priority for Alpiq, but an integral part of our daily activities. To strengthen our Facility & Security Management team, we are looking for a dedicated Safety & Security Operator (m/f/d) who will work with us to maintain and further develop the company's physical and security standards.

Vos principales responsabilités

• Dispatching in the area of health & safety and security
• Monitoring and operation of alarm systems (BMA, EMA, extinguishing systems) to ensure building and occupational safety (e.g. inspection tours and assistance) 
• Responsible for badge handling, identifying unknown persons and looking after internal and external visitors
• Carrying out regular tours to check safety within Alpiq buildings and intervening in the event of safety incidents
• Support in the area of health and safety, e.g. orders, supplier coordination and management of the locking plan
• Member of the evacuation and first aid team (operations management), on-call duty within the FSM team and active role in emergency management
• Documentation and reporting of safety and occupational safety incidents in English

Votre profil

• Recognised Swiss training in an area of physical security (e.g. fire, property or personal protection)
• At least 3 years of practical experience in a security-related field
• Affinity and basic knowledge of modern security technologies.
• Appropriate communication and assertiveness in a security context
• Impeccable reputation 
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; basic knowledge of French an advantage
• Due to on-call duties, the place of residence must not be more than 1 hour's drive from the place of work
