Procurement is part of the division “Corporate Services”. Its purpose is to secure the availability of goods and services with a strategic advantage in an environmental, social and responsible way to fulfil business expectations. Thus, Procurement becomes the Business partner to drive the supply chain in the interest of the business targets. To implement the Procurement Vision 2025, we now further strengthen the team for indirect procurement. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Define, implement and manage the European category strategies for professional services (scope to be discussed with team)  
  • Secure the availability of goods and services across Europe with a focus on group-wide performance and priorities  
  • Manage the RFX process for all tenders and execute the RFX for frame agreements  
  • Drive efficiency programs across Europe together with the stakeholders for your categories  
  • Measure the group wide compliance on the category strategy execution  
  • Manage claims and supplier negotiations 

 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in category strategy on international field for professional services  
  • Higher education in IT or similar fields 
  • Proficient English, German an asset  
  • Good ability to drive initiatives in a multicultural environment  
  • Good level of social competence, strong communication and negotiation skills  
  • Trustworthy personality and resilient  

 

Nice to have: 

  • Capability to drive cross business initiatives  
  • Good understanding of consulting services  
  • Good understanding of travel management  
  • Good understanding of marketing services
