As Data Asset and Delivery Lead you are focused on ensuring value is driven from our data assets by make the right, high quality data available. You are responsible for defining the vision, and lifecycle of these data products, prioritizing and aligning deliver to meet organizational goals.
Your main responsibilities
- Define the Vision and Strategy: Aligns the data product roadmaps with the organization's goals and customer needs and understanding the value proposition.
- Developing Data Products: Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the data product backlog, focused on user stories, data requirements, and other tasks needed to develop and enhance the data product within Agile frameworks.
- Value and Usage Monitoring: Focus on user experience and consumption methods, track value, usage and performance of all data products and services.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between stakeholders (including business users, data scientists, data engineers, and IT staff) to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and considered in the product development.

Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Data Roles: Previous roles in data, business intelligence, data engineering, or similar fields provide a strong foundation in understanding data processes, analytics, and the technical challenges involved in managing data assets and products.
- Product Management Experience: Experience in data product management, including developing product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams, preferably with experience using Scrum or Kanban.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are essential for articulating the vision of the data product, negotiating priorities, and working effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the energy trading industry
