IFRS Reporting Specialist (all); 80-100%
Do you have an eye for detail, love complex financial topics, and feel comfortable in an international environment? Then this position is perfect for you! We are looking for an IFRS Reporting Specialist who will support us with their expertise and commitment.
Your main responsibilities
- You will prepare external IFRS reports (half-yearly and annual financial statements)
- You will support defined group companies in their monthly reporting and ensure the correct consolidation of complex business transactions
- You will be responsible for specific disclosures within the scope of IFRS reporting
- You will answer IFRS questions within the group and assist in the implementation of new or amended IFRS standard
- You will work on projects involving complex accounting issues and develop practical solutions
- You will work closely with the external auditors
- You will maintain the Group Accounting Manual and perform ad hoc analyses and evaluations
Your profile
- Degree in business administration or finance (university or university of applied sciences)
- Further training as a certified public accountant (e.g. Swiss CPA)
- 5–7 years of experience in IFRS accounting and consolidation
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, as well as knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OR
- Experience with consolidation tools (ideally SAP BPC)
- Experience in an international group
- Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
