Energy Finance Graduate Program (all)

Are you a recent graduate ready to start your career at the heart of the energy transition? Look no further! 

We are excited to introduce our Energy Finance Graduate Program, a dynamic 18-month rotational journey designed for young talents eager to explore the fast-paced and evolving energy sector. During the program, you will rotate through three different teams within our Financial Services department, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to Alpiq's diverse activities. 

As part of your rotations, you will contribute to a variety of projects, including supporting strategic initiatives, preparing content for our Executive Board, driving process improvements, and participating in financial planning and analysis. By the end of the program, you will have a broad understanding of the many career opportunities within Financial Services at Alpiq. Your journey will start in October 2025.

Deine Aufgaben

• Rotations across three teams: You will have the opportunity to rotate between three different teams within our Financial Services division, giving you broad exposure to the different activities within the unit. 

• Mentorship & Buddy Support: A dedicated mentor from the management team will guide and coach you throughout your 18-month journey. In addition, a buddy from our growing network of young talent will provide hands-on support & help you integrate smoothly into the team. 

• Daily Finance Operations & Projects: During your rotations, you will support daily finance operations and actively contribute to continuous improvement and strategic projects.

Dein Profil

• Swiss or EU passport (unfortunately we cannot sponsor non-EU Visas for this role). 

• Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, banking and finance, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field. 

• Graduate by the program start date (October 2025). 

• A strong passion for the energy sector and a desire to expand your knowledge. 

• International mindset, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 

• Determination, resilience, and team spirit will make you succeed in this role. 

• Being empathetic, results-oriented, and flexible are your additional assets. 

• Availability to work in Olten or Lausanne (Hybrid). 

• Full proficiency in English, additional languages (French, German, others) are an energy plus.
