If you want to be part of this great project, join us as Operations Specialist! You will join to a young, dynamic and international environment, where your role will be key on the development and management of procedures and systems necessary for the optimal management of customers in the supply of electricity, gas and renewable energy producers and co-generators in relation to verification, switching and billing.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Invoicing of energy, gas and representation customers, as well as management of settlements and archiving of customer contracts.
  • To be the point of contact and communication with energy, gas and representation distributors, as well as with the TSO and OMIE.
  • Support to the commercial team in the management of incidents received from customers. 
  • Management of ATR, Switching (main channel for sending xml files to distributors), CRM and ECP tool.                
  • Support to the administrative area in the treatment of energy taxes and quotas.
  • Statistical analysis of sales.
  • Management of “green certificates”.

Your profile:

  • Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position in energy trading companies. 
  • Knowledge of back office and order to cash processes.
  • Expert user of ATR, Switching and CRM.
  • Affinity with data analysis information technologies (e.g. data modeling and data flows).
  • It would also be worth having experience in customer metering management with indexed and Pass-Through products, both in electricity and gas; in opening and follow-up of incidents in official platforms (Simel, Enagás).
  • Having knowledge of REE operation procedures,  database language (SQL) and advanced Excel (Visual Basic) and knowledge of ECP tool will be an asset.
  • High level in English (C1).
  • Strong problem-solving and client oriented, team player with analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with autonomy and proactivity.
