Rules regarding our collaboration with recruitment agencies in Spain
We collaborate with recruitment agencies to recruit positions of particular difficulty. Currently, we have three main partners, but we are open for additional agency collaborations.
Agencies that are going to collaborate with Alpiq must meet the following requirements:
- Request from Alpiq to initiate the search
- Signing of the contract between the parties
- Compliance with Alpiq's recruiting processes.
We will rarely outsource recruitment processes; all recruitment processes for both permanent and temporary staff will be carried out by HR. Requests for freelancers and consultants are handled directly by the respective departments.
Submitting suitable candidates
- As a contracted recruiting agency, you have access to our recruiting agency portal and can submit applications for the searches that are the subject of your assignment. If the position is advertised exclusively on our website, we will fill it without the support of recruiting agencies.
- Any applications submitted using the button in job ads or directly to line managers or unsolicited applications will not be considered.
- Please send the candidate's updated CV and a brief summary providing information on: the notice period, the reasons for leaving the three previous jobs, the candidate's salary expectations and the candidate’s outstanding skills.
- For applications from abroad, we expect that the candidate's willingness to move to Spain has already been clarified and the candidate has the necessary work permits.
