Rules regarding our collaboration with recruitment agencies in Italy
We rely on the support of recruitment agencies to recruit for certain positions. Currently, we have selected all of our partners and are not entering into partnerships with other agencies.
The following prerequisites apply to recruitment agencies:
- Request by Alpiq to carry out the search activity
- Signature of the contract between the parties
- Observation of Alpiq's recruitment processes
- Specialisation in professional fields for which Alpiq has difficulty finding suitable candidates
We rarely assign mandates and rarely request temporary staff. Requests for freelancers and consultants are handled directly by the respective departments.
Submitting suitable candidates
- As a contracted recruiting agency, you have access to our recruiting agency portal and can submit applications for the searches that are the subject of your assignment. If the position is advertised solely on our website, we will fill it without the support of recruiting agencies.
- Any applications submitted using the button in job ads or directly to line managers or unsolicited applications will not be considered.
- Please submit complete files only. These include the candidate's motivation for applying and an updated CV. We would also appreciate receiving a brief summary that provides information about the notice period and motivation for the change.
- For applications from abroad, we expect that the candidate's willingness to relocate has already been clarified and the candidate has the necessary work permits.
